How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Same Day Delivery: If you are are within 10kms of the city (postcode 2000) and make your order before 11am we can offer same day delivery. If you are seeking same day delivery, please contact hello@thistleandtwine.com.au to seek if options for this are available. If no email is made, it can sometimes then mean that your parcel will be sent out for next day delivery.

Next Day Delivery: For all other orders, we can offer next day delivery (subject to courier availability). We will prepare your order on the day of, and send it with a courier the following day. 

Regional NSW & Interstate Delivery: Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be received once dispatched. Couriers are taking longer than usual due to COVID-19 delays.

Christmas 2021 Delivery: Please allow an additional week for Australia Post to process orders that need shipping. This is out of our control. Same Day Delivery still applies for Christmas period if your delivery address is within the 10kms. 

Do you offer international shipping?

We can try to accomodate this. Please email hello@thistleandtwine.com.au to organise and discuss options for international. 

Where do you ship from?

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, specifically Milsons Point. 

What is your returns policy?

If there is something faulty with your gift box we can accept returns of course. However, this return will need to be lodged the day that the box is received. As our boxes are exclusives and change once the box is sold out and replaced with updated boxes, we do not accept returns for change of mind. 

Am I able to make a personalised box?

As Thistle and Twine is newly established, we are still in the testing phases to see what business structure works best and how to best deliver the highest standards of service to our customers. Hopefully, all going to plans - we will have personalised boxes right in time for Christmas.
